Are you a Tango Prepaid user? Activate one of our Prepaid Packs and enjoy more data, calls, and SMS for 30 days across Europe.

After 30 days, the Prepaid Pack automatically deactivates unless you have sufficient credit and choose to reactivate it.

Activate your Pack Prepaid directly from your device via the MyTango App, by clicking on "Add an option".

Packs Prepaid have a specific behaviour in terms of usage and we drive your attention on the following points:

Your pack will only become active once its cost has been deducted from your credit balance. If you activate a pack while your balance is insufficient, you will have 7 days' time to top it up. After 7 days, the activation of the pack will be canceled.
After the 30 days have elapsed, your pack will be automatically renewed if you have enough credit. If not, you will have 7 days' time to top it up. After 7 days, the activation of the pack will be canceled.
If you do not want your pack to be renewed automatically, you can turn off the option in the My Tango app.

In which countries can I use my Pack Prepaid?

The Pack Prepaid are valid in Luxembourg and in Europe.

How can I deactivate my Pack Prepaid?

To deactivate your Pack Prepaid, open the MyTango app and navigate to "Add an option". There, choose the active Pack Prepaid, and deactivate it.

Is there a commitment period?

Yes, the Pack Prepaid are subject to a 1-month commitment period.
