The advantages of Pack GO
As the owner of a Carte GO)), Tango's prepaid card, you can activate one of our Pack GO to enjoy much more data, calling and texting for 30 days throughout Europe. After 30 days, the chosen Pack GO will renew automatically if you have sufficient credit balance.
Activate your Pack GO directly from your device via the MyTango App, by clicking on "Add an option".
Pack GO have a specific behaviour in terms of usage and we drive your attention on the following points:
- Your pack will only become active once its cost has been deducted from your credit balance. If you activate a pack while your balance is insufficient, you will have 7 days' time to top it up. After 7 days, the activation of the pack will be canceled.
- After the 30 days have elapsed, your pack will be automatically renewed if you have enough credit. If not, you will have 7 days' time to top it up. After 7 days, the activation of the pack will be canceled.
- If you do not want your pack to be renewed automatically, you can turn off the option in the My Tango app.
Monitor your consumption in real time with the MyTango app, available for Android and iOS. MyTango allows you to check your consumption at any time and manage all the options included in your subscription.

In which countries can I use my Pack GO?
The Pack GO are valid in Luxembourg and in Europe.
How can I deactivate my Pack GO?
To deactivate your Pack GO, open the MyTango app and navigate to "Add an option". There, choose the active Pack GO, and deactivate it.
Is there a commitment period?
Yes, the Pack GO are subject to a 1-month commitment period.
