All Infinity plans can be used in Europe zone 1 (list country). They include online access to national newspapers and magazines through the app MyTango, as well as 5G Fast connectivity in Luxembourg (with a compatible smartphone and in the covered regions).
Our Tango Infinity plans have a commitment period of 24 months with a smartphone, and no commitment without smartphone. You can also add options through the MyTango app or check the list of fees for the services not included.
Download the app MyTango to monitor your consumption in real time, set a cap to your expenses outside Europe, or block your plan. You will also receive an SMS before you reach your monthly limit (at respectively 80% and 100% of your quota).
Once you finish your data, you will receive an SMS to inform you about our additional data packs at advantageous prices. Aside from these, our general conditions of sale apply.
The data, SMS and minutes included in your plan can be used in Europe (Zone 1 - list of countries) as well as in Luxembourg at no extra cost. Outside Europe, please consult our roaming calculator.
You can also extend the usage of your calls and SMS to another 38 countries and benefit from a daily data pack by activating the option Voyager World.
Depending on your needs, you can add a vast range of options to all Infinity plans. Here is the list of all compatible options:
- Forfait Bloqué+ : block overcharged and non-included communications and continue surfing at reduced speed without being charged.
- Forfait Bloqué (available on demand, free of charge with Infinity Start/Start+) : block all overcharged and non-included communications.
- Keep Surfing (automatically included in all Infinity plans) : continue surfing at reduced speed without being charged after having used up all the data volume included in your plan.
- Net Protect : protect yourself against malicious websites, phishing and viruses on the Tango mobile network at home and abroad.
- Presse Digitale : access the best of the national and international digital press and a wide choice of publications thanks to our partners.
- Voyager World : continue to communicate in more than 38 countries outside Europe.

Can I keep my mobile number?
Yes, absolutely! You can keep your number regardless of your Luxembourgish provider. All you need to do is to specify your current provider during checkout. For more information regarding changing the operator, you can check here.
How can I change my phone if I already have a contract?
Depending on the remaining duration of your mobile plan's contract, you can change your mobile phone without restrictions, or after paying potential costs tied to your current contract. To check the length of your contract, simply start a chat with our customer service, available 24/7. We will gladly answer all your questions.

How can I complete my online purchase?
With Tango, you can purchase a mobile plan in few easy steps. First, choose the mobile plan that best suits you with our Offer Configurator tool. Then, choose your phone (if you wish to add one), go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to add your personal information as well as your delivery address to receive your new smartphone. Don't worry, you will be able to verify all your data before confirming your purchase.
Which documents do I need to purchase a plan?
Please note that only the account holder can purchase a mobile plan.
If you already are a Tango customer, you will need your account number (displayed on your invoice or in the Account section of the app MyTango) and a delivery address in Luxembourg to receive your mobile phone, if you wish to purchase one.
If you aren't yet a Tango customer, you will need your ID card or passport, your bank account in Luxembourg, your LuxTrust token and a delivery address in Luxembourg to receive your mobile phone.
