The Solutions4New Device option allows you to reduce the amount to be paid when ordering the device and then spread the remaining payment over 24 or 36 months*. This way, you can avoid one-time payments at the time of purchase.

When can I get my new smartphone?

You can change your smartphone at any moment. However, to avoid extra fees, we recommend you wait until the end of your commitment period.

What happens if I want to terminate the Solutions4newdevice option during the 24 or 36 months?

If you terminate the Solutions4newdevice option during the fixed term, Article 10.3 of the General Terms and Conditions regarding termination for legitimate reasons does not apply. As a result, you will have to pay all remaining monthly fees for the remaining months. The same applies if you terminate the subscription during the fixed term of the Solutions4newdevice option, unless you keep your mobile line by subscribing to a new mobile plan.
